Responsibilities

Lead collaborations with cross-functional partners to set internal emissions reduction targets and drive the development of emission reduction strategies for data centers

Drive identification, evaluation, and prioritization of transformational decarbonization solutions using technical, financial and supply chain criteria

Implement portfolio of GHG reduction programs that align with corporate strategy and goals through partnership with cross-functional teams

Effectively communicate program progress internally, including developing collateral for and participating in executive communications

Work with key project team members to ensure alignment among all internal stakeholders and to find creative ways to overcome obstacles to achieve Net Zero program goals

Provide hands-on program management with internal teams from project conception to implementation phases

Identify areas of risk, quantify those risks, and develop mitigations with subject matter experts within the organization

Effectively communicate complex technical content to stakeholders and partners with diverse/varied technical backgrounds

Required

Experience with highly technical building types and the component parts that decarbonization efforts will affect

10+ years of relevant experience in Program Management, Architecture, sustainability or Engineering

3+ years' experience related to decarbonization and/or Life Cycle Assessments (LCAs)

Experience driving GHG reduction projects end-to-end within a company's direct operations and/or value chain

Experience with carbon reduction and removal strategies

Experience in managing multiple projects and coordinating with internal staff and external consultants, vendors and other stakeholders

Experience delivering complex projects aligned with large scale corporate goals through influence and collaboration

Experience influencing stakeholders and partner teams. Experience collaborating with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies

Analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational experience

Preferred

Master's degree in related fields (e.g. MBA, Master's in Sustainability Management, Environmental Sciencee)

Experience in decarbonization strategies for large-scale, mission-critical facilities

Experience with Data Center/hyper scale, design and construction
