Process deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments
Opening and closing accounts, and account maintenance
Provide excellent member service and resolve inquiries
Promote products and services to meet member needs
Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent; High School Internships also available
Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Customer service experience is a plus
