Responsibilities

Conduct deep UX research and user testing to understand target audience needs, behaviors, and pain points

Incorporate empathy-driven insights to create digital experiences that connect with users on a personal level and tell compelling stories

Provide Search Engine Optimization (SEO) services to ensure that customer websites and applications achieve optimal performance

Focus on strategic planning, strategy development, keyword research, performance metric analysis, and effective collaboration, ensuring SEO alignment with customer objectives

Provide data-driven insights into areas such as search engine visibility, user behavior, conversion rates, and technical SEO health

Provide user-centric analysis and reporting of user experience, user engagement, and website performance to determine the needs and preferences of the target audience

Offer targeted insights and recommendations for enhanced user engagement and reflect changes in digital landscapes to guide strategic recommendations for enhancing website performance and user engagement

Required

Bachelor's Degree in related field

3+ years of relevant experience supporting digital campaigns for large organizations

Relevant training and/or certifications in web analytics or UI/UX best practices

Professional background or personal connection to the military or Veteran community
