Site Manager - Flagstaff, AZ
Camelot Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all construction activities within their Flagstaff communities. The role involves full administrative and managerial oversight of daily construction operations, ensuring safety compliance, maintaining budgets, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities
Oversee all construction activities in the community from start to finish
Implement, drive, and proactively maintain the construction schedule
Deliver best-in-class customer service; targeting 95%+ satisfaction
Maintain an exceptionally clean, safe, and compliant jobsite
Coordinate with local officials to secure permits and inspections
Train and supervise all site visitors on safety, OSHA requirements, and compliance
Schedule, inspect, and approve all trade partner work
Review, analyze, and approve trade invoices
Coach, educate, and empower Site Technicians and Assistant Site Managers
Participate in company mentorship and training programs
Prepare homes for internal and external inspections
Manage all warranty items through the first 30 days after COE
Qualification
Required
5+ years of construction management experience
Expert knowledge of all construction phases and codes
Ability to interpret blueprints and development drawings
Highly detail-oriented with excellent time management
Strong leadership and collaboration skills
Excellent communication skills
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
Experience with homes valued $1M–$3M+ strongly preferred
Strong technology skills; BuildPro preferred
