Manage multiple medium sized projects that are approximately greater than $500K and are up to $10M

Accountable for all aspects of a project’s success from the initial proposal/bidding process

Meet or exceed the clients’ expectations

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field and 5-7 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of both

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Experience with Project Management software (Primavera, HCSS, etc.)

A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record

Ability to travel and commit to long term onsite projects
