Responsibilities
Ability to operate and troubleshoot most AV equipment and systems, like:
Operating manual and computer-controlled lighting systems and consoles (e.g., ETC GIO @5) during rehearsals and performances, taking cues from the event producers
Set up and manage switching, routing, and interfacing technology
Interpreting lighting plots and technical drawings, installing color effects or image patterns (gobos), and focusing lights to match the designer's specifications
Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the latest Lighting and IT technologies and their features
Operate lighting consoles for live events with precision and expertise
Demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy
Maintain a positive and professional image, even under pressure
Communicate effectively with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure successful event execution
Adhere to a business casual dress code, representing the company with professionalism
Qualification
Required
An Associate's degree in a technology-related field or a minimum of three years of experience in AV support roles within the AV industry
Strong proficiency in configuring Linux-based devices, network settings, and static IP configurations
Proficiency in using personal computers and software, including web conferencing platforms like Adobe Connect, Crestron Integrated Audio Video control systems, and more
Ability to operate and troubleshoot most AV equipment and systems

Technical AV certifications such as CTS are a plus
