Education Support Analyst

They are seeking a customer-focused Education Support Analyst to provide technical assistance and support for the Infinite Campus student information system, ensuring a smooth user experience for educators and administrators.

Responsibilities
Serve as the first point of contact for client support via phone and web portal
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Infinite Campus
Verify customer credentials and service agreements
Log, track, and update support cases using the incident management system
Escalate complex issues as needed while keeping the customer informed
Replicate and document issues reported by users for accurate resolution
Maintain a strong understanding of the product and stay current on new features
Consistently meet departmental standards for coverage, responsiveness, and professionalism
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with K-12 education systems
Comfortable with web-based applications and PC environments
A professional communicator with strong verbal and written skills
A team player who collaborates well and adapts to different personalities
A critical thinker who can problem-solve and prioritize under pressure
Someone with a positive attitude who values continuous learning and improvement
A detail-oriented person who follows through on processes and procedures
Preferred
Previous teaching experience is a strong plus
HDI Support Center Analyst Certification is a plus
