Director of Sales - EMEA
Aman at Sea is a luxury brand that is redefining elegance with its new motor yacht. They are seeking a visionary Director of Sales - EMEA to lead sales strategies and drive revenue growth in the luxury travel markets across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for EMEA in alignment with global business objectives
Identify new growth opportunities across established and emerging luxury markets
Build, manage, and deepen relationships with leading travel agency partners, luxury consortia, tour operators, and wholesalers
Represent Aman at Sea at high-profile trade events, conferences, and partner activations, building visibility and influence across the region
Collaborate closely with global sales, marketing, revenue, and onboard teams to ensure regional insights shape campaigns, pricing, and guest experience
Drive effective account planning, forecasting, and performance analytics to deliver on ambitious revenue targets
Support partners with co-branded initiatives, joint marketing activities, and strategic campaigns that align with Aman’s luxury positioning
Provide valuable market insights and recommendations to influence product development and future growth
Foster a culture of excellence, building strong trust with partners and delivering Aman’s promise of unparalleled service
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or hospitality management
7+ years of luxury sales experience in group sales, MICE, or charter sales, within luxury cruises required
A proven track record of success in leisure sales, driving revenue growth and managing diverse markets
Possess an extensive network across the EMEA luxury travel trade community, with strong connections at the consortia, key account, GSA, and agency level
An inspiring leader with excellent networking and relationship-building skills
Commercially astute, with strong analytical, forecasting, and budget-management skills
Highly motivated, independent, and flexible, with the ability to travel extensively (30%+)
Thrive in a matrix environment, collaborating seamlessly across global teams
Preferred
An MBA is preferred
Fluent in English, with additional languages considered an advantage
