Responsibilities

Support EHS practice in various industrial/manufacturing settings
Manage projects in a collaborative work environment
Develop scope and budget proposals, schedules, and EHS compliance
Provide onsite EHS compliance support for various industrial clients
Produce technical reports and prepare permits
Submit time-sensitive documents to various government agencies
Grow and foster existing client relationships and proactively identify project opportunities

Required

5 to 7 years of experience in Environmental Health and Safety (EHS)
Strong technical background in Environmental, Health, and Safety Regulatory Compliance consulting
Excellent leadership qualities with a history of successfully managing projects in a collaborative work environment
Demonstrated experience developing scope and budget proposals, schedules, EHS compliance, and ISO support in various industrial / manufacturing settings
Experienced auditor
Technical report writing
Preparing and conducting EHS related training
Experience performing Industrial Hygiene monitoring
Self-motivated, well organized, detail oriented, quality focused, safety-minded
Ability to multi-task
Professional manner and effective interaction and communication with clients
Ability to produce technical reports, prepare permits, and submit time-sensitive documents to various government agencies
Grow and foster existing client relationships and proactively identify project opportunities and develop new clients
Serve as the onsite EHS compliance support for a variety of industrial clients
Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental, Health, and Safety, and/or Environmental Science
40-hour OSHA HAZWOPER and 8-hr Supervisor's certifications
Ability to travel, primarily in Connecticut but could include travel across the USA to support projects
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite

Preferred

Master's Degree a plus
Professional Certifications strongly desired
Knowledge of relevant technical software a plus
