Responsibilities

Design Assistance, planning and quality control

Commissioning Management

Reviewing and expediting submittals/approvals to ensure timely project completion

Supports PM and Superintendent to plan, organize and supervise the work of the MEP trades

Qualification

Mechanical Engineering DegreeElectrical Engineering DegreeMEP Coordination ExperienceBuilding Codes KnowledgeProject Coordination LeadershipRelationship Management SkillsLeadership Skills

Required

Degree in mechanical, electrical engineering, technology education or building construction/MEP, or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction/MEP coordination

General understanding on building codes, mechanical codes, electrical codes and plumbing codes as it relates to construction related projects

Experience in mechanical and electrical construction/MEP areas

Must have experience in leading project coordination, design assistance and commissioning of electrical and mechanical systems in following markets: healthcare, telecommunications, data centers or other mission critical projects

Strong leadership and relationship skills required

Have proven track record as a MEP Manager for related projects with MEP scopes
