Responsibilities

Starting up and preparing all converting machines
Performing quality checks and basic troubleshooting
Operating roll lifts, hoists, and electric pallet jacks
Monitoring gas tank levels and ensuring machines are stocked with correct materials
Running production when machines are operating efficiently
Assisting operators and fellow technicians to maintain smooth operations
Supporting 5S initiatives and promoting a clean, organized workspace

Qualification

Mechanical aptitudeProcess control experienceSetup technician experienceManufacturing experienceBasic computer skillsBasic math skillsSafety-consciousTeam-oriented

Required

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced factory setting
Basic computer and math skills
Mechanical aptitude and process control experience
Ability to lift, push, or pull up to 60 lbs unassisted
Willingness to work on foot for extended periods
Dependable, team-oriented, and safety-conscious
1+ years of setup technician experience
3+ years of manufacturing experience

Preferred

High School Diploma or GED preferred
LOTO and electric pallet jack certification preferred
