Responsibilities

Analyze production inefficiencies by monitoring cycle times and workflow performance
Recommend and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency and throughput
Apply lean tools (spaghetti diagrams, line balancing, kaizen, 5S, standardized work) to reduce waste
Conduct root cause analysis using Pareto charts and cause‑and‑effect diagrams
Develop sustainable solutions to prevent recurrence and optimize processes
Deliver clear, data‑driven weekly reports to site management
Drive change by fostering innovation and continuous improvement
Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement initiatives aligned with organizational goals

Required

Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in the United States
Intern must have reliable transportation to and from the worksite
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future
Utilize critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and develop strategic solutions
Effectively organize and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Exhibit the capability to manage several tasks at once while maintaining high standards of quality
Collaborate with team members to convey ideas, share information, and provide updates on project progress
