Responsibilities
Research and develop advanced machine learning and AI algorithms to address complex problems
Evaluate model and algorithm performance using both real-world and large-scale simulated datasets
Design and prototype experimental systems that demonstrate and validate research innovations
Propose, investigate, and publish novel research in top-tier conferences and peer-reviewed journals
Qualification
Required
Currently a candidate for a PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Statistics, or a related field with an accredited school in the US
Proven ability to design and implement innovative AI and machine learning algorithms
Strong algorithmic reasoning and software development skills, with expertise in PyTorch
Published research in reputable conferences and journals demonstrating scholarly contribution
Preferred
Knowledge or research experience in Agentic AI and autonomous decision-making systems
Experience training and evaluating models through pre-training, fine-tuning, and reinforcement learning
