Required
10+ years underground mining experience, including leadership roles
3–5+ years in Superintendent / Senior Supervisor / Shift Boss capacity
Proven track record leading UG mining projects through ramp-up or expansion phases
Strong understanding of UG mining methods, ground control, ventilation, drill/charge/blast, hauling, and backfill (as relevant)
Demonstrated ability to deliver against schedule, budget, and production targets
Working knowledge of mine planning principles and production reconciliation
Familiarity with UG mobile equipment fleets and maintenance interface
