Order Management Representative
Responsibilities
Manage all orders coming from assigned accounts
Review orders from EDI for accuracy and correct errors
Manually release orders as needed
Keep track of reports showing order issues and resolve issues to prevent recurrence
Assist the customer service teams via email and phone calls as needed
Review order holds and errors such as credit holds, inventory holds, price errors and make the proper corrections
Qualification
Required
Two years of experience from a CPG organization
Experience entering orders into an ERP (Oracle system a plus)
Salesforce experience a plus
Strong MS Office skills with a focus on Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment and prioritize tasks based on importance
