Responsibilities
Drive fundraising activities for MAM’s Private Credit business
Support new product rollouts
Manage investor relationships
Provide strategic input on communications, marketing, and co-investment syndication
Deliver market insights, feedback, and analysis to help guide product strategy and ensure alignment with investor needs in the region
Qualification
Required
6-8 years' experience within fixed income / private credit in the Americas
Ability to form and maintain excellent international relationships across a suite of internal and external stakeholders
Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage and influence employees, partners, and stakeholders of all levels
Strategic orientation to develop the private credit business in the Americas
Collaborative work style and willingness to share knowledge
Preferred
Experience providing solutions to insurance companies
