The Data Maintenance Intern will provide support for data management and collaborate on projects that enhance data accuracy and consistency within the organization.

Responsibilities
Provide support for the data management and category management teams in an accurate and timely manner
Collaborate with a fellow intern to support the Manufacturer of Record data clean-up project, ensuring consistency and accuracy across product records
Validate manufacturer information for each product by reviewing internal systems and confirming details with appropriate stakeholders
Perform large-scale data cleaning, organizing and updating product information with a high level of accuracy
Assist with the Product Grouping clean-up project, reviewing item groupings and updating classifications as needed
Communicate with cross-functional departments to verify data accuracy, ensure proper information flow, and resolve discrepancies
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year(s) educational experience and currently pursuing a degree from an accredited college or university with a focus on Data Analytics or related studies
Maintains a minimum GPA of 3.0
Must live in or near Phoenix, AZ
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong sense of urgency and accountability
Demonstrates expertise in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Ability to learn and act in a fast-paced environment
Effective task management
High level of motivation and adaptability
Great attitude and desire to learn and grow
