Responsibilities

Serve as an internal operational leader with direct oversight of assigned properties
Maintain a deep understanding of day-to-day property operations, staffing, and workflows
Produce regular operational reports for each assigned property
Analyze subrental usage, challenges, and key cost drivers
Provide detailed reporting on high-cost areas, including root-cause analysis and clear recommendations
Identify operational gaps and performance trends across assigned properties
Assign and support properties based on operational needs and experience
Leverage hands-on operational experience to create clear, actionable, and consistent reporting
Participate in and support approval discussions for purchase orders and operational spend
Act as a bridge between regional teams and corporate leadership to ensure alignment and clarity
Partner closely with IT, Human Resources, and Operations leadership
Support hiring initiatives, staffing strategies, and onboarding processes
Help streamline, document, and standardize SOPs across properties
Serve as a data-driven internal resource to improve operational consistency and efficiency
Support implementation of operational tools, reporting standards, and best practices
Demonstrates full ownership and accountability for assigned properties and initiatives
Proactive leader who takes initiative without waiting for direction
Solution-oriented mindset with the ability to identify a path forward
Motivated to drive positive change and continuous improvement
Comfortable making decisions independently while understanding when to escalate
Strong ability to identify operational challenges and deliver clear, actionable solutions

Required

5+ years of experience in hospitality, audiovisual, or multi-site operations
Proven experience supporting or overseeing property-level operations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and operational reports
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Strong organizational and time management skills
Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally
Willingness to travel as required
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required
Ability to pass a background check in accordance with local laws and regulations

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field preferred
