Responsibilities

People Leader. The day-to-day management of the district as well as responsibility for delivering overall revenue and objectives
Sales Planning. Develop and implement account strategies for increasing sales and profits of Enerpac products with each account. Grow the district revenue, meet annual sales plans, develop the team, and take ownership of performance
Sales Consultation. Develop and support direct reports to actively identify and secure new business through channel partners and/or through direct relationships. Enhance relationships and position Enerpac to become or continue to be a preferred supplier
Enerpac Commercial Excellence (ECX). Direct reports are required to maintain account plans, log visit reports, and create and maintain opportunities within Salesforce. District Sales Manager will conduct weekly reviews that will include gap planning, meeting coordination, forecasting, and regular updates on the status of opportunities. DSM will provide monthly/quarterly/annual forecasts for their region
Expected to travel within the assigned region. Travel will be via car or air, depending on time, budget, and customer constraints. It is estimated that overnight travel will encompass 75% of their time

Required

Bachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university in business, engineering, or a similar field; or 5 or more years related experience in technical sales or account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
Must have a valid driver's license and passport
Must be able to pass site specific background and drug tests as required by client sites
Employee may have to lift documents/work materials up to 30 pounds in weight
Employee may have to lift tools up to 50 pounds in weight
Employee will have to be able to walk/climb to a variety of primary work locations, including traveling by air/auto to remote sites
Employee may move themselves in different positions to accomplish tasks in various environments including tight and confined spaces
Employee will need to operate machinery and/or power tools, motor vehicles, and heavy equipment
Employee will need to listen, understand, and speak with team members in person, telephonically, and electronically at all levels within a diverse workforce and with supported organizations
Employee will need to assess the accuracy, neatness, and thoroughness of the work assigned
Employee can work in front of a personal computer and telephone for long periods of time
Will have repetitive motions that include the wrists, hands, and/or fingers
