Responsibilities
Lead the store operations and are responsible for achieving overall performance goals including sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development
Encourage creativity in hiring great associates, in marketing HoneyBaked and in community outreach
Reward GMs who reach goals and live our Values through a generous bonus program that shares in store profitability
Execute a business plan and would never compromise on the quality of the products they serve/sell
Increase sales and build relationships in the community
Identify and develop awesome talent
Participate in a multi week training program with experienced trainers
Qualification
Required
Current GM from a retail or restaurant environment
Passionate about personal, hands-on service for customers
Ability to show growth in previous roles
Proficient in understanding P&L
Ability to execute a business plan
Commitment to product quality
Strong desire to increase sales
Ability to build relationships in the community
Great coaching skills
Experience hiring seasonal workers
Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation
Ability to bend, stoop, stand for long periods, twist and lift products and supplies (up to 65 lbs)
Ability to work with a hot torch
