Responsibilities

Serve as the primary liaison between Aviat and the customer, owning the end-to-end delivery of the program

Define, track, and manage customer requirements, ensuring alignment with project goals and technical feasibility

Oversee rollout planning and execution, including forecasting and supply/demand balancing

Manage relationships with external vendors and partners; influence product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of required capabilities

Maintain responsibility for program financials, including P&L ownership, budget tracking, and cost control

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive service, support coordination, and issue resolution

Identify risks, resolve cross-functional issues, and implement mitigation strategies to keep the rollout on track

Required

Bachelor's degree in engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or Business Management

Minimum of 8 or more years of progressive management experience in product management, or project or program management

Experience working RAN/wireless networks, ideally with exposure to microwave technology

Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence across functional teams and executive stakeholders

Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills, able to make data-driven decisions and navigate ambiguity

Exceptional interpersonal and influencing skills, including executive level presentation

Strong facilitation and presentation skills to various audiences including C-Suite and the Board of Directors

Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to provide alternative solutions when needed

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Ability to travel domestically and internationally

Proven experience in market research to create product roadmap, make product decisions, and implementation

Knowledge of applicable product related regulations and risk and compliance requirements

Focus on driving product success and implementing the goals of this key initiative at Aviat Networks

Preferred

Master's degree is desirable
