Trinity Washington University is a comprehensive university in the nation’s capital, seeking an energetic and experienced leader for its Admissions team. The Director of Marketing and Recruiting for Professional Programs will supervise the team responsible for recruiting and enrolling students in various professional programs and will work closely with university leadership and external partners.

Responsibilities

Responsible to recruit and enroll students in Trinity’s professional programs

Supervising and directing the team members who develop and execute marketing and recruiting strategies for Trinity’s undergraduate and graduate programs

Work closely with the deans and faculty of Trinity’s professional schools

Collaborate with the Associate Vice President responsible for recruiting for Trinity’s College of Arts and Sciences

Carry a caseload of corporate partners and prospective students, modeling effective practices throughout the cycle

Required

Bachelor's degree required

5-8 years of increasingly responsible experience in collegiate marketing, recruiting and admissions for adult studies and graduate programs

Strong track record of success in marketing and recruiting students for adult studies undergraduate programs and professional graduate programs

Ability and willingness to work effectively with Trinity's many partners in hospitals, schools, corporations, associations, government and military entities throughout the Washington region

Strong oral and written communication talents

Proven experience managing and motivating a sales team

Some evening/weekend work will occur with this position
