Midi Health is currently seeking a Clinical Operations Specialist to support the Learning and Development division within Clinical Operations. This role will provide operational assistance and support for learning and development projects, ensuring efficient training operations and effective communication across teams.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end learning and development projects supporting Clinical and Clinical Operations teams, from planning and content coordination to implementation and evaluation

Support administration and maintenance of the Learning Management System (LMS), including course uploads, learner tracking, and reporting

Coordinate training logistics, including scheduling sessions, preparing materials, tracking attendance, and maintaining accurate training records

Edit and format training videos to align with learning objectives and brand standards, ensuring clarity, engagement, and accessibility for diverse learners

Coordinate and monitor learning and development project timelines and activities while effectively communicating and updating cross-functional stakeholders

Prepare and execute communications for the learning and development team as needed

Balance the priorities across teams with a strong ability to manage multiple priorities and execute

Coordinate collaborative efforts between the learning and development teams and the clinical leadership as needed

Coordinate any virtual or in-person meetings or events

Required

Bachelor's degree

3 or more years of work experience in a dynamic environment

Minimum of 2 years of experience supporting cross-functional learning projects by coordinating tasks, tracking progress, and using data and feedback to inform next steps

Self-motivated and highly reliable, with excellent time management and project management skills

Strong organization skills with excellent attention to detail

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Experience working in a fast-paced and rapidly growing environment

Ability to learn new systems and programs quickly

Demonstrated commitment to a diverse and inclusive work environment

Proficient in G-Suite, Notion, and Slack
