Responsibilities

Resolve a problem with a complete end-to-end solution in a fast, agile environment

Develop software and systems from vision to production-ready

Use passion to master new tools and techniques and identify needed system improvements

Help clients overcome their most difficult challenges using the latest architectural approaches, tools, and technologies

Ensure the solution developed by the team considers the current architecture and operating environment, as well as future functionality and enhancements

Required

5+ years of experience with back-end development, including with back-end languages, such as Java, Python, GO, SQL, or C++, and front-end languages, such as JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, or CSS

5+ years of experience with enterprise application development

2+ years of experience with AWS services and cloud-native architecture patterns, including ECS, Lambda, SQS, SNS, EC2, RDS, DynamoDB, IAM policies, security groups, and network security

2+ years of experience with Infrastructure as Code, including AWS CDK, Terraform, or CloudFormation

Experience with Front End Development

Experience working with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, and container orchestration

Experience developing and deploying production applications from concept to Operations and Maintenance (O&M)

TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph

HS diploma or GED

Preferred

3+ years of experience with containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, or ECS, and container orchestration

3+ years of experience with Authority to Operate (ATO) processes and security documentation

Experience with database administration and optimization, including RDS, DynamoDB, or MongoDB

Experience with serverless architecture, such as Lambda and API Gateway

Experience leading technical initiatives in large-scale environments

Experience with system design, with focus on scalability and reliability

Experience developing Geospatial UIs, implementing DevOps mechanisms for projects, and designing and implementing UI for artificial intelligence or machine learning applications

Knowledge of security best practices and compliance requirements

AWS Certification, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer Certification

IAT Level II+ Certification, such as Security+ or CISSP Certification
