Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Quality team to uphold product and service standards
Assist in inspections, audits, and testing of raw materials, components, and finished goods
Learn and apply quality control procedures and protocols
Collect and analyze data on defect rates and performance metrics
Prepare reports summarizing quality performance
Support process improvement initiatives and maintain quality documentation (PFMEA, Control Plans)
Participate in internal audits and ensure compliance with industry standards
Work closely with cross-functional teams to resolve quality issues
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively and independently
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity
Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with varying temperatures
Must adhere to safety guidelines and wear PPE on the production floor
Preferred
Spanish, German, or French language skills a plus
