Organization and Talent Effectiveness (HR) Intern

Northwell Health is seeking an Organization and Talent Effectiveness Intern. The intern will participate in data collection and assist in studies to evaluate departmental efficiency, as well as support management in implementing new programs.

Responsibilities

Participates in the collection and preparation of data relative to the work of the department
Assists in studies to objectivity ascertain the efficiency, economy and effectiveness of department or Hospital operations, policies and procedures
Assists management in facilitating new programs and/or procedures
Performs related duties as required. All responsibilities noted here are considered essential functions of the job under the Americans with Disabilities Act. Duties not mentioned here, but considered related are not essential functions

Qualification

IO PsychologyData ScienceFinanceHRAdministrative experience

Required

High School Diploma or equivalent
Currently enrolled in Graduate school majoring in IO Psychology, Finance, Data Science or HR

Preferred

Prior administrative experience in a hospital setting
