Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures
Supervise, coach, and support branch staff to maintain high service standards
Conduct staff training through role-play, coaching, and regular feedback
Promote bank products and services and support branch sales initiatives
Ensure customer concerns are resolved efficiently and follow up on outstanding issues
Create and maintain effective schedules and coordinate time-off coverage
Monitor goals and performance metrics along with achieving organizational initiatives
Support facility maintenance, branch security procedures, and audit readiness
Encourage team involvement in bank-wide campaigns and initiatives
Establish and maintain relationships with existing and new customers
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Team lead, supervisory or management experience
Preferred
college degree preferred
3 years of progressively more responsible experience in a banking environment preferred
