The Design Quote Supervisor will lead the Customer Experience and CAD/CAM Drafting team, managing the drawing and quoting process while ensuring compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end drawing and quoting process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction

Oversee daily activities of the Design Quoting team while coaching, mentoring, and developing teammates

Ensure proper training, documentation, and development for all team members

Serve as a point of escalation for internal and external customers, driving timely resolution

Assure functional and compliant space plans and product specifications that meet customer and regulatory requirements

Validate designs against construction, architectural, plumbing, and electrical drawings/bids, ensuring adherence to building codes, ADA requirements, and space compliance

Provide manufacturing drawings and support to ensure products are fabricated and assembled according to design standards and functional requirements

Stay current with healthcare design trends, including ergonomics, infection control, and regulatory compliance

Collaborate with sales, installers, and project management to ensure installation meets design and specification standards

Coordinate process and product changes with cross-functional teams

Foster a culture of continuous process improvement by adopting Midmark Production System (MPS) principles

Establish, monitor, and manage team performance metrics to meet internal and external customer expectations

Provide professional customer interface in meetings and project reviews

Support strategic planning, sales forecasting, and facility-wide reporting for quality, OOBF, discounts, and warranty metrics

Reports facility wide metrics for quality, OOBF, Discounts, Warranty, etc

Assists Customer Experience and CAD/CAM Drafting team when in a behind condition

Required

5-10 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

High level of business acumen and comfort working in a cross-functional environment

Excellent communication (written/verbal) and interpersonal skills with ability to influence

Strong analytical capability with demonstrated adeptness at problem-solving and ability to not only view details but also understand big picture implications

Flexible, detail oriented and able to quickly act under pressure and meet deadlines

Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills required

Knowledge of 2D and 3D software
