RC Willey is seeking a customer-focused Flooring Customer Service associate to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling phone calls from customers, contractors, and store associates, scheduling flooring installations and repairs, and processing related paperwork.

Responsibilities

Receive and respond to a wide variety of phone calls from customers, contractors and store associates
Work with customers, contractors and support staff to schedule flooring installations and repairs
Prepare and print flooring contracts (orders) and include all supporting documents needed for contractors to pick up for their scheduled installations
Respond to customer complaints regarding any installation issues
Perform a wide variety of data entry including document filing and claims processing
All other duties as assigned

Required

Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills
Must be able to work as a team with coworkers to accomplish daily goals
Must be able to type at least 45 wpm and proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
Must be able to multi-task, pay attention to details and follow through with assigned tasks
Must be dependable, self-motivated and have the ability to work under minimal supervision
