2512-1 Loan Operations Specialist
Tower Community Bank is seeking a Loan Operations Specialist who plays a critical role in supporting the bank’s lending function. The position involves ensuring accurate loan documentation, managing escrow accounts, and contributing to regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities
Prepare, review, and process loan documentation for various loan types (consumer, commercial, real estate, etc.)
Monitor and manage escrow accounts, including tax and insurance disbursements
Maintain accurate and up-to-date insurance records for all collateralized loans
Ensure compliance with HMDA reporting requirements and assist with data collection and submission
Perform quality control checks on loan files to ensure completeness and regulatory compliance
Assist with loan boarding and servicing functions in the core banking system
Perform Post Closing Review of Loan requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with Policy
Respond to internal and external inquiries regarding loan documentation and servicing
Collaborate with loan officers, credit analysts, and compliance staff to support loan operations
Participate in audits and examinations by providing requested documentation and explanations
Any other duties necessary as determined by direct manager
Qualification
Required

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree in business, finance, or related field
