Engineer Planner/Scheduler III, $72,000 - $96,500
The Walt Disney Company is seeking a Planner/Scheduler III for Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, where you will ensure efficient maintenance operations. Responsibilities
Develop and maintain short- and long-term maintenance plans
Create and manage master schedules, monitor progress, and resolve variances
Audit UMS data for work orders and job plans to ensure accuracy
Prepare and interpret performance reports to identify improvement opportunities
Evaluate current work processes and recommend changes to enhance efficiency
Maintain CMMS data, including asset locations and equipment details
Ensure compliance with corporate, federal, state, and environmental regulations
Support purchasing, receiving, and expediting functions
Review and manage existing service contracts and vendor agreements
Lead negotiations with new vendors and contractors to secure favorable terms
Qualification
Required
Minimum 3 years of experience in project planning, coordinating, and scheduling
Hands-on experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
Strong customer service skills and ability to build partnerships across teams
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills across multiple departments
Ability to multitask and adapt priorities in a dynamic environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, dashboards)
Knowledge of or ability to use estimating and scheduling software applications
High School diploma or equivalent
Preferred
3+ years of experience in engineering maintenance operations with emphasis on process analysis, labor optimization, and equipment strategies
Hands-on experience with CMMS systems such as MAXIMO and HotSoS
