Responsibilities
As a Senior SAP HCM Consultant, you will be a key player in the consulting team that helps discover and define the problem statement, evaluates the solution options and makes recommendations
You will create detailed design, architecture and process artifacts and implement the deployment plan
You will also support knowledge transfer with the objective of providing value-adding consulting solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education
At least 4 years of experience with Information Technology
This position may require travel to Project / client locations
In order to comply with legal requirements, this role is limited to 'U.S. persons' as defined by 22 C.F.R. 120.15. U.S. persons include U.S. citizens, U.S. Lawful Permanent Residents, and certain refugees and asylees
Preferred
At least 4 years of experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
At least 4 years of experience in SAP HCM Skills, especially US payroll and success factors
At least 4 years of experience in Development Design / problem analysis /solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business process
Analytical and Communication skills
Planning and Co-ordination skills
Knowledge on HCM US Payroll and ESS, MSS, HRSS workflows
SAP HCM Functional and Technical experience handle Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, ESS and MSS and Payroll transactions
Knowledge on WRICEF, Idoc's, Bdocs, Batch processing in HCM
HCM Integration knowledge with 3 rd party tools/success factors and SAP solutionmager CHARM
Labor Rates and Costing Implementation
Knowledge on Web UI or Webdynpro, Fiori screen functional design
