They are seeking a compassionate Assistant Program Manager to support individuals in a group home setting and manage various administrative tasks.

Supports individuals with developmental disabilities in a residential setting to foster his/her independence

Provides a clean, attractive home environment

Helps with various administration and management responsibilities that promotes a life like ours

Involves supervision of staff and direct interventions with individuals and case management

Required

Minimum of one year of experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities

High School Diploma or equivalent

Ability to pass and maintain required trainings such as CPR/First Aid, Medication Administration (MAT), Medicaid Waiver, Human Rights, OSHA and Van Training

Criminal and Child Protective Services Background investigations conducted for all employees

Must meet state of Virginia employment eligibility requirements

Written, communication and computer skills

Valid Virginia Driver's license

Licensed U.S. driver with a minimum of three (3) years driving experience in the United States

Driving record must meet agency's vehicle insurance carrier requirements during the past three years of continuous driving experience

Ability to attend and pass onsite training classes within the first 30 days of hire
