They are seeking an experienced Lead Surveillance & SIU Investigator to conduct covert surveillance, support complex claims investigations, and prepare detailed reports.

Responsibilities
Conducting covert video surveillance (fixed/mobile)
Obtaining video documentation of claimant activities
Provide SIU Investigative support for complex claims
Assembling comprehensive detailed investigative reports
Testifying at hearings and/or court proceedings as needed
Other tasks requested by management
Qualification
Required
Self-starter who takes on challenging responsibilities and holds self-accountable for results and performance
Strong attention to detail with commitment to accuracy and quality while meeting goals or deadlines
Ability and willingness to travel as necessary within the service area
Flexibility to work varied/irregular hours and days
Strong computer and internet skills
Possess a valid driver's license
Possess a reliable vehicle
Preferred
Insurance claims investigation/surveillance experience (2+ years preferred)
Associate's/bachelor's degree in criminal justice or related field preferred
State of IL investigators license a plus but not mandatory
