Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the transaction monitoring team, ensuring accurate and timely review of system generated red flag alerts
Act as an escalation point for Transaction Monitoring alert reviews
Monitor team performance and ensure quality standards are met across the alert reviews
Develop and implement metrics, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the transaction monitoring processes
Manage, mentor, and develop a team of analysts, providing guidance and training to enhance their skills and knowledge
Continually evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of procedures and internal controls of the bank’s transaction monitoring program and propose enhancements as needed
Work with Senior Management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the transaction monitoring processes through process optimization, automation, and adopting of new technologies
Provide support in coordinating remedial measures in response to issues raised in examinations and audits
Qualification
Required
3 days per week in office
