Lead software implementations from start to finish, ensuring each client's unique business processes are fully supported
Configure software to match client workflows
Provide robust data conversion services
Deliver onsite and web-based training
Create helpful documentation and videos
Collaborate closely with clients to resolve technical issues
Diagnose, replicate, and document complex problems
Ensure performance is optimized and issues are resolved swiftly
Qualification
Required

Experience in leading software implementations from start to finish
Expertise in data conversion and application set-up
