Responsibilities

Achieve or exceed monthly sales and conversion targets
Recommend suitable mortgage loan products, structure, and price loans
Maintain an active pipeline, follow up with clients, and submit loan packages after collecting required documents
Engage in conversation and establish rapport with customers via email and telephone communication
Assist customers by reviewing their credit report to determine if they can proceed with the loan qualification process
Assist customers with gathering loan information and documentation to provide an underwritten pre-approval
Educate customers about next steps for mortgage pre-approval
Set realistic expectations with customers to maximize satisfaction
Assist customers with completing the eConsent and eSign process
Disposition customer files appropriately depending on interest and ability to proceed
Input data into computer system as it relates to information gathered for the mortgage loan
Adhere to all regulatory and company policies

Qualification

NMLS licensedCustomer service skillsMicrosoft Office proficiencySales experienceCommunication skills

Required

Ability to demonstrate proficiency communicating with customers over the phone and via email
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel, and Outlook
Passionate about helping customers achieve financial goals
NMLS licensed with 20 hours of NMLS education complete at time of hire
Must be able to verify identity and employment eligibility to work in the U.S
Ability to commute to Tustin, CA 92780 (Required)

Preferred

1 or more years of office or inside customer service / call center experience preferred
1 or more years of customer service and/or sales experience preferred
High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
NMLS Licensed Preferred but not required to apply
