Level 2 IT Technician
Andromeda Technology is a company specializing in network design and service for mid-size businesses in the manufacturing sector. They are seeking a Level 2 IT Technician who will be responsible for troubleshooting client issues and providing exceptional customer service as part of a service department team.

Responsibilities
Troubleshooting client issues as they come in
Get the client back up and running efficiently
Provide top-tier customer service
Handle emergency calls effectively
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years of experience in an MSP or corporate environment
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Server OS
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Workstation OS
Advanced support for Microsoft Office, QuickBooks, Adobe software
Strong hardware, software, and Layer 1–3 troubleshooting
Ability to manage the 'hot client' when things go sideways
Experience with Microsoft Azure and Office 365
Ability to read through ticket history and quickly identify next steps
Available to start sometime between now and the next 90 days
Must be local to the Chicago metro area
