Responsibilities
Translate financial business needs into structured Salesforce requirements and solution strategies, ensuring clarity, feasibility, and alignment with Financial Services Cloud
Architect and configure multi-cloud Salesforce capabilities—including automation, integrations, and data models—to support wealth management, onboarding, compliance, and client lifecycle workflows
Develop functional documentation, workflows, and user resources that support project delivery, organizational adoption, and system governance
Partner with project teams to conduct testing, validate data migration activities, and resolve functional issues to maintain performance and compliance standards
Enable end-users through training, guidance, and ongoing support while driving continuous improvements based on platform releases and industry best practices
Qualification
Required
Extensive experience (8+ years) working within the Salesforce ecosystem, with several years focused on Financial Services Cloud
Proficiency in Salesforce configuration tools (Flows, Process Builder, multi-cloud capabilities) and the ability to design scalable, enterprise-grade solutions
Demonstrated ability to lead projects, coordinate with stakeholders, and communicate complex concepts to technical and non-technical teams
Background in Agile/Scrum methodologies, including sprint planning and backlog management
Preferred
Salesforce certifications are highly valued, particularly in administration, app building, Sales/Service Cloud, development, data architecture, and Financial Services Cloud
