Litigate a variety of premises and retail liability, product liability, rideshare liability, construction defect and injury, public entity and civil rights, commercial auto and commercial trucking cases for Fortune 500 clients
Work proactively and creatively on complex cases involving catastrophic losses, including fatalities, with multiple claimants
Develop skills to manage cases from inception to trial under the guidance of experienced shareholders and associates
Qualification
Required
