Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for technical roles across ADT, including Software Engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, IT, Data, and Product
Build innovative sourcing strategies that help us compete in a fast-moving technology market
Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring leaders, using data and market insights to shape decisions
Proactively develop pipelines and cultivate relationships with top technical talent
Create a seamless, positive candidate experience that reflects ADT’s commitment to trust and transparency
Support employer branding initiatives to highlight ADT as a top destination for tech careers
Track recruiting metrics and use analytics to continuously refine your approach
Qualification
Required
3–7+ years of recruiting experience, including strong expertise in hiring for Technology functions
Strong understanding of technical skillsets across engineering, cloud, data, IT, and cybersecurity
Experience recruiting in a competitive tech market, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
Excellent relationship-building, and influencing skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving business needs
A collaborative and inquisitive mindset
