Responsibilities
Bookkeeping for Holdings company
Input monthly and consolidated financial statements of the group companies (3 companies under this company) into the package (Reporting to the head office in Japan)
Receipt and payment of invoices for office lease fees, etc. (including approval process)
Issuance and collection of invoices •Not many
Management of billing-related information
Miscellaneous office duties (purchasing office supplies, temporary handling of printers, PCs, etc. when they go bad, receiving mail, liaison with management company, purchasing furniture, office design (environmental maintenance), etc.)
Arrangements for personal items when new expatriates arrive
Booking cars, accommodations, restaurants, etc when internal visitors come
Qualification
Required
Native-level Japanese proficiency, as reports must be prepared in Japanese
Experience in bookkeeping for a holdings company
Ability to input monthly and consolidated financial statements of the group companies into the package
Experience with receipt and payment of invoices for office lease fees, including approval process
Experience in issuance and collection of invoices
Management of billing-related information
Ability to perform miscellaneous office duties such as purchasing office supplies and handling office equipment
Ability to arrange personal items for new expatriates
Experience in booking cars, accommodations, and restaurants for internal visitors
