Responsibilities

Work with internal (sister agencies and strategy team) and external clients to develop strategic plans and projections for existing and incoming clients
Meet with clients on a regular basis to present results, discuss strategy and plan for future campaigns
Effectively communicate with programmatic, search and social buyers to ensure campaigns are executed according to client parameters and approved strategy
Plan digital campaigns–including research, strategy, analysis, and ongoing optimizations
Collaborate with client teams including account managers, project managers, digital strategists, and creative staff to develop thoughtful solutions that achieve our clients’ goals
Prepare and maintain media budgets and projections for internal teams and client
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of multichannel plans and reports
Analyze and interpret campaign data daily/weekly to improve performance and alert client and internal teams about potential shortfalls and optimizations
Stay up to date on new technologies to help identify value-driven ideas for clients
Continuously learn skills necessary for personal and team growth
Support the leadership of the Media Planning department, providing leadership and mentorship to more junior members of the planning team
Establish new and enhance existing processes to make them more efficient and socialize with broader team
Participate in RFP responses by providing overview of strategies, cost and revenue projections, and by answering technical questions about media department capabilities
Work with analytics team to develop optimal reporting solutions for paid digital media, including search, social, programmatic and others
Provide leadership for internal teams and external media agencies or partners in order to identify opportunities that lead to an effective or efficient outcome
Leads a team of planners and/or Jr. planners to execute the tasks required to deliver flawless digital campaigns for our clients

Required

8+ years of experience developing and managing digital media campaigns, including at least two years of experience as a senior member of a digital team
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Wide and deep understanding of programmatic media, search and paid social landscape, with ability to recommend appropriate tactics within each to generate donor file and revenue growth
A proactive self-starter who works towards an efficient, highly productive, steadfast department that executes upon all inputs from other Moore Digital teams, other Moore companies and clients
Leadership and people management experience and proficiency; customer-service oriented attitude
Ability to handle multiple complex projects; a resourceful self-starter who can take initiative and follow through on projects
Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

degree in marketing or communications preferred but not required
Nonprofit-specific experience preferred; experience generating new leads, customers, and revenue an absolute must
Proficiency with Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Bing Ads, Facebook, and programmatic display platforms preferred
Experience with e-CRM platforms such as Blackbaud Convio/Luminate Online, Salsa, Classy, Engaging Networks highly preferred
Some knowledge and experience with CMS a plus
