Responsibilities

Take full ownership of sales strategy and execution across North America
Collaborate globally with teams in Asia and EMEA
Guide market positioning and shape customer strategy
Ensure commercial alignment with product development, engineering, and operations
Deepen existing relationships while identifying new opportunities across established and emerging accounts
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team
Set clear targets, manage forecasting and budgeting, and drive disciplined pipeline management
Support long-cycle B2B sales and understand complex customer requirements
Represent the business at executive levels internally and externally

Required

Experience with engineered components such as motors, sensors, controls, wire harnesses, electromechanical assemblies, or related technologies

Ability to combine strategic planning with hands-on execution
Experience supporting long-cycle B2B sales
Understanding of complex customer requirements
Ability to represent the business at executive levels internally and externally
Willingness to travel 40 to 50 percent
