Responsibilities

Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet corporate sales objectives
Lead, coach, and develop direct sales personnel nationwide
Recruit, onboard, train, and retain high-performing sales team members, including 1099 territory representatives
Monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and take corrective action when necessary
Manage sales budgets, compensation programs, and incentives
Conduct territory visits, performance appraisals, and team observations
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and ensure targets are met or exceeded
Partner with Regional Territory Managers to develop and manage key customer relationships
Collaborate with HR, Finance, Customer Service, and other departments to address business needs
Maintain competitive knowledge and adjust sales strategies accordingly
Identify fashion trends to refine sales tactics and strategies
Plan and attend market and trade show schedules as needed

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience managing a direct sales force
Proven success in recruiting, developing, and retaining high-performance sales teams
Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
Excellent business analysis, judgment, and decision-making skills
Exceptional negotiation and communication skills (oral and written)
Ability to build strong internal and external relationships, including managing key accounts
Skilled in strategy development, project management, problem solving, and change management
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Dropbox, and CRM tools
Ability to travel approximately 50% or more
