Senior Account Executive, Mining Infrastructure
Giga Energy builds the electrical infrastructure that powers the modern world, manufacturing transformers, switchboards, and modular data centers. They are seeking a Senior Account Executive to drive revenue for their bitcoin mining business, managing the full sales cycle and collaborating with various internal teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities
Prospect and develop new customer relationships within the bitcoin mining ecosystem, including operators, hosting providers, and enterprise customers
Own customer relationships end-to-end, serving as the primary point of contact throughout the sales lifecycle
Travel to customer sites, conferences, and industry events to build pipeline, strengthen relationships, and stay close to market trends
Gather customer requirements and translate them into clear, accurate solutions and quotes
Develop and manage a healthy pipeline, converting opportunities into closed deals while meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to expand revenue within existing accounts
Own deal economics by pricing thoughtfully and protecting margins
Collaborate with Sales Engineering, Product, Manufacturing, and Finance to keep deals moving efficiently
Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot, including activities, deal stages, and forecasts
Track market trends and competitive dynamics, sharing insights with Product and Marketing teams
Partner with Finance to ensure smooth conversion of quotes to purchase orders and invoices
Qualification
Required
2+ years of sales experience in bitcoin mining or a closely related industry
Experience building and maintaining relationships with bitcoin mining operators, hosting providers, investment groups, or enterprise customers
Strong technical foundation with the ability to understand and discuss bitcoin mining infrastructure
Working knowledge of power distribution, cooling systems, and networking requirements for mining operations
Experience managing complex B2B sales cycles with multiple stakeholders, including EPCs, consultants, and end users
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Experience using CRM systems (HubSpot or similar)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Willingness to travel up to 25% for customer meetings, site visits, and industry events
Preferred
Prior experience selling electrical infrastructure, data center, or power-related equipment
Existing network within the bitcoin mining or digital asset infrastructure space
Experience working in a high-growth startup or early-stage environment
