Permobil is a global leader in advanced rehabilitation technology, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to execute full-cycle recruiting within their medical device manufacturing organization. This role involves managing recruitment processes, vendor relationships, and ensuring compliance while supporting the company's mission and growth objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for assigned functions, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience
Oversee and manage relationships with staffing agency partners supporting the contingent and temporary workforce
Serve as the main point of contact for all temporary employee inquiries and vendor communications
Review and submit timesheets for temporary employees in coordination with site leaders and vendor partners to ensure accurate and timely processing
Monitor vendor performance and compliance with company standards, including cost management, service levels, and workforce quality
Support workforce planning efforts by maintaining visibility into open requisitions, contingent labor usage, and upcoming hiring needs
Maintain accurate and compliant documentation within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other HR systems. Participate in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing recruiting processes, candidate experience, and vendor effectiveness

Required

Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting, employment law, and vendor management best practices
Proven success managing contingent workforce programs and third-party staffing relationships
Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills across all levels of the organization
Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Other qualifications or experiences

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred
4–6 years of progressive experience in talent acquisition, preferably within manufacturing, medical device, or other regulated industries
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS and vendor management systems a plus
