Responsibilities

Day to day management of Account Executive team members (most are remotely based), including but not limited to reviews, ongoing feedback and coaching, 1-to-1s, plans for continuous development and growth, progressive discipline up to and including termination
Achieve sales objectives & KPI goals by forecasting and supporting curated strategies per Account Executive
CRM Pipeline Management to analyze sales processes, identify weak spots, and accurately predict future revenues
Ensure team adheres to Worthy processes, including scripts, SLAs, CRM updates, productivity metrics, and develop new efficiencies where needed to promote best practices
Work with other Sales Managers and Team Leads to establish monthly goals for the team. Ensure they’re being met by holding daily check-ins with team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly throughout the day
Set clear team goals, monitor team performance and KPIs and report as needed (daily, weekly, monthly, ad hoc, etc.)
Set a work schedule for appropriate coverage of the total workload
Collaborate with internal support teams (ex. Marketing, Finance, Operations, Lab teams) to provide the best service and support to our customers
Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture. Hold regular team meetings to proactively solve challenges, celebrate wins, and recognize successes
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Recognize high performance and create incentives to reward accomplishments
Identify knowledge gaps within the team and develop a plan to fulfill those gaps. Act as a mentor and ensure the team receives adequate training and guidance to fulfill their assigned tasks and responsibilities
Collect feedback and share with the product team on a regular basis
Build relationships with clients with the aim of receiving feedback from each engagement and making the client experience better for future engagements

Required

BS/BA Degree
4+ years of inside sales experience in a digital business
2+ years of sales management experience, operating a team of 5+ sales representatives, working with remote employees is a plus but not required
Proven track record of building, training, and coaching a successful sales team
Comfortable interacting with executives to assist in solving major business decisions
Experience working with a CRM/BI and build out lead reports and dashboards
Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
Excellent with analytics, data management and reports
Highly independent, motivated, resourceful and intelligent
Able to master new technologies in short period of time
Able to manage multiple projects and clients at the same time
Able to work in a fast-paced, startup environment
Ability to work 9 am - 6 pm EST, flexible schedule required, some weekend and holiday work required
