Administer and virtually proctor exams with accuracy and care
Track and process distance learning exams
Assist with data entry and student notifications
Help students navigate the testing process confidently
Maintain integrity, confidentiality, and fairness in all testing situations
Collaborate with colleagues to create a calm, professional testing environment
Qualification
Required
A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
At least one year of experience in customer service and/or education
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
A student-first mindset and the ability to work with diverse learners
Professional judgment, reliability, and comfort with technology
Preferred
Prior experience in testing or proctoring environments
