Responsibilities
Develop and implement channel partner programs to drive referrals and revenue growth
Identify and establish partnerships with organizations aligned with business objectives
Manage ongoing relationships with channel partners to ensure engagement and satisfaction via regular communication, events, and collaborations
Create and execute co-marketing campaigns with partners to increase brand visibility and generate leads
Track and analyze partner performance metrics to optimize partner strategies
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration of partner initiatives
Communication and collaboration within organization to share initiatives, goals, and efforts to drive channel success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
Proven experience in channel marketing, partnership development, or business development
Excellent understanding of referral programs and co-marketing strategies
Excellent relationship management, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze data and measure partner performance effectively
Creative thinking, strategic collaboration, and efficient problem-solving
Proficiency in managing and communicating the status of multiple projects at once
Experience with vendor management and supplier coordination
Ability to work cross-functionally to ensure organizational goals are met
Proactive thinking, consistently foreseeing and preparing for forthcoming challenges or opportunities
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a track record of communicating in a remote-first environment
Experience in start-up or early-stage environments with little or no defined infrastructure or processes
Track record of working in a fast-paced, fluid environment
Ability and empathy to relate to all levels of the leadership team
Preferred
Understanding of Veterans and veteran experience strongly preferred
